Online ENROLLMENT for the 2024/2025 SCHOOL YEAR is now open. Important: enrollment in HCCA is unrelated to High Country Enrichment Classes.

All families must be current members of HCHE to enroll in HCCA. Please note that families are NOT automatically enrolled in HCCA. Enrollment in HCCA is a separate process.
We have a secure online web portal for you to apply for enrollment with HCCA.
Returning families may enroll for the 2024/2025 school year after joining High Country Home Educators HERE. Once you are a member of HCHE, we will reactivate your Parent Portal for the new school year.
NEW Families: After becoming a member of HCHE and, in order to access the secure portal, please click on REQUEST ENROLLMENT, fill out the information and we will send you an email with detailed instructions about the next steps in the registration process.
All forms are filled out and all payments are made securely online. When you register, you will be asked for the following information:
Sign a parental agreement (e-signature). Click HERE to read the sample agreement.
An annual curriculum plan. Parents choose and provide the curriculum for their students.
Standardized test or evaluation in the odd grades (3, 5, 7, 9, & 11)
Submit quarterly reports of attendance, material covered, and grades achieved at the end of each semester
Submit end-of-year Semester and Final grades and credit earned for high school students only
Immunization records and/or exemptions are no longer required.
Tuition:
We receive registrations from July 15th through February 29th annually.

High School Records Transfer Fee ($50/year, grades 10-12)*
*High School students in grades 10, 11, and 12, enrolling in HCCA for the first time will be charged a processing fee of $50 per year that they need to transfer onto the HCCA transcript. For example, an 12th grade student enrolling in HCCA for the first time will be assessed $50 for 9th grade, $50 for 10th grade, and $50 for 11th grade to transfer curriculum information and credits over to HCCA. This allows for a full accounting of high school credits and grades needed for a diploma and transcript.

Enrollment for the 2024/2025 school year will open July 15, 2024.
To enroll in HCCA for the 2024/2025 school year, click on REQUEST ENROLLMENT You will provide us with the parent(s) first and last name, a phone number, and the email address you check most often.
If you are enrolling high school students for the first time, provide their names and the grade they are entering.
We will email you a login and password to our secure Family Dashboard. There, you will complete the application process by paying for tuition, adding your students, uploading their tests and immunization records, and creating their curriculum plans.
Are you transferring to HCCA from a public or private school?
Complete a School Withdrawal Notice and turn it in to the school from which you are withdrawing.Complete a Release of Records form to request school records from a previous public or private school be sent to HCCA.
