STAFF POSITIONS

Working in a Staff Position allows you to use your skills to bless our families and to be larger part of the ministry.

Open Staff Positions:

Academy Assistant: Do you enjoy communicating with home school families? We are looking for someone to assist with communications to our Independent School families.

Class Coordinator (Wed): This position assists the Class Director as a liaison between teachers, team leaders and administration, coordinating class needs and paperwork. This person must have attention to detail, good interpersonal relationship and managerial skills.

Teacher Assistants Coordinator:       Do you have good organizational and relational skills?  Perhaps you would enjoy filling the position of Teacher's Assistant Coordinator. Your work would involve managing Teacher's Assistant placement during Registration and throughout the semester, matching applicants’ skills and interests to the positions available. 

Teacher Tots Coordinator (Tue/Wed): Do you enjoy working with little ones? We are in need of coordinators for both Tuesday and Wednesday. This person will work with the corresponding coordinator to plan simple lessons and oversee the teacher tot volunteers.

Program Support Coordinator (Tues): We are looking for someone to provide leadership and training to the Program Support Vital Partners on Tuesdays. This individual has the heart of a watchman on the wall and an administrative gifting.

Field Trips Facilitator: Do you enjoy planning fun places to visit? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help plan monthly field trips and rollerskating events.

Finance Clerk: Do you enjoy working with money? We are looking for someone to help in our finance department to collect tuition payments, count money and make deposits.

Prayer Facilitator: Are you a prayer warrior? We are looking for someone passionate about praying to work with our Prayer Director to oversee High Country’s prayer ministry.

Serving Projects Facilitator: Do you enjoy finding and organizing events to serve others? We are looking for someone to oversee service projects for our families.

Teacher Tot Lead Teachers: A Lead Teacher in our Teachers Tot program is the main adult in the room in charge of ministering and caring for the children with an opportunity to serve our little ones –infant through age 5.

Team Leaders: As a Team Leader, you will lead a group of teachers throughout the semester – encouraging them and praying with them.
