INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY and HEALTH POLICY

CANCELLATION: HCEC follows both New Life Church and D-20 for cancellations. If either cancels, HCEC will cancel.

DELAYED SCHEDULE: If New Life Church or D-20 delays, our classes will start at 10:00 AM on an abbreviated class schedule, except a regular two-hour class will be one and a half hours in length.

10:00-10:45 1st Class (a 2-hour class would run from 10-11:35am)

10:50-11:35 2nd Class

11:40-12:25 3rd Class

12:30-1:15 4th Class

1:20-2:05 5th Class

2:10-2:55 6th Class

Make-up classes will not be scheduled, however, teachers may wish to assign make-up work.*

HEALTH POLICY: HC strives to keep all teachers and families healthy. If children or parents are ill we ask you to stay home. Please be respectful of all families and staff as we are all trying to stay healthy and home-school all ages in a supportive manner.
