It is my pleasure to serve alongside such amazing families. I want to thank all of the teachers, staff, and volunteers for giving their time and talents for our families. I am blessed to be part of this community that cares deeply for each other. Thank you all for the laughter, smiles, and encouragement that you give me and the other families here. We are excited to have our spring handbook ready for you all and to see you back after the holidays. I hope you each get time to slow down and enjoy the precious moments with your family and friends. Spring 2025 Registration: We are pleased to make available our Spring 2025 Registration Handbook (click HERE) which contains a listing of classes, their descriptions, as well as important registration information. There may be class changes over the winter break so be sure to look for the Addendum sent to your email before registration in January.

Join our Team! We are seeking volunteers for the Spring 2025 semester and folks to join our staff. It’s not too late to submit an application. We will be processing applications and scheduling interviews over the break.

Open Staff Positions: Academy Manager, Academy Assistant, Class Coordinator (Wed), Guest Services Coordinator (Wed), Teacher Tots Coordinator (Wed), IT Support, Serving Projects, Team Leaders and Teacher Tot Lead Teachers. For more information about staff positions, click HERE.

Housekeeping: This is your last chance to locate those misplaced items in the Lost and Found at Guest Services and to clean out your family folder.

Attention Teachers: If you are returning to teach the same class in the spring, you may keep your Emergency Lesson Plan in the pink bins over the summer. If you are not returning, please pick up your lesson plans this week.

Security Badges: High Country security badges can be used from semester to semester. You are welcome to store yours in your family folder over the winter break

Christmas Movie Night: Join us on December 5th! We will be showing the film The Star and all ages are welcome! We will also have games and crafts for those who would prefer it. Bring your favorite bean bag or camping chair and dress in your favorite festive lounge wear! Sign up here!

Operation Christmas Child: Remember to bring your boxes in this week. We will be going up to the OCC Processing Center on December 10 from 10-2 pm. Click HERE to sign up.

Christian academy Information

HCHE GRADUATION CEREMONY REGISTRATION Is now OPEN! You will receive an early bird discount if you register in November! In December, the regular rate will kick in, so register now. The graduation ceremony is set for May 16,2025. Contact Amanda for more information or visit the graduation page.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GRADUATING HCCA SENIOR PARENTS You need to contact Julie Blank ASAP if your student(s) will be graduating this school year. HCCA administration must approve each student who is set to graduate. Our graduation ceremony is set for May 16, 2025. If you have questions regarding college admissions and applications, scholarships, or NCAA college athlete admissions, contact Julie Blank.

HCCA HOLIDAY HOURS The HCCA staff will be enjoying Thanksgiving with their families November 23-30; please allow extra time for responses from staff. The office will be closed from December 9 - January 5 for Christmas break. We will not be returning emails or calls during that time.
