Appreciation Week - November 12-13: We set aside a special time each semester to show appreciation to those who serve HCHE so faithfully. Is there a Teacher, Vital Partner, Staff Member, NLC Hospitality Staff member or another parent who has made your time here especially meaningful? Here’s your chance to let them know with a note of thanks, a homemade treat or any “special something.”

Become a Teacher: If the Lord is prompting you to invest your talents, interests or abilities at High Country, please consider joining our teaching staff. No teaching degree required, only a heart to serve! Please contact Kristin at classdirector@hche.org for more information.

Called to Serve: Whether it be in a staff position, a Vital Partner or Registration volunteer, please consider serving the families of High Country. We have many positions to fill before the end of the semester. For more information about staff and vital partner positions, click HERE.

Interested in Volunteering in the Spring? If you would like to be part of our “army of volunteers” during the Spring 2024 semester, we will be scheduling on-site interviews through Wednesday, November 8th. We will continue to accept applications and schedule interviews over the break. It is our desire to help all who want to serve to be able to do so. Applications are available at Guest Services or online by clicking HERE. Please contact Jamie at humanresources@hche.org if you have any questions.

Christian academy Information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GRADUATING HCCA SENIOR PARENTS you need to contact Julie Blank (academydirector@hche.org) ASAP if your student(s) will be graduating this school year. HCCA administration must approve each student who is planning to graduate. Our graduation ceremony is set for May 16, 2025.

GOOD TO KNOW Did you know that your curriculum plan is very important? Your plan serves as a compass, giving you a steady, organized plan for the school year. By following the curriculum plan, students make progress from quarter to quarter. This is why HCCA requires a detailed curriculum plan each year, as well as detailed information on your quarterly report. This is extremely important in high school, no matter what your child’s plans are in the future. If you have questions about your plan or curriculum in general, please contact us.

HCCA REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN Remember to enroll in HCHE membership first. You can access the membership form HERE. Returning families may log into their Parent Portal to register after becoming a member. New families may request an account by clicking HERE.

Current HCCA families may access their Parent Portal HERE

FIRST QUARTER REPORTS If you have not entered your first quarter reports, they are now past due. You will need to contact us if you have not completed your report. If you have questions regarding your family account, contact Ratri (Teri) Maynez at academymanager@hche.org
