enrichment Information

Mandatory Parent Meeting: Families will request their appointment in the new database. To ensure a smooth transition we are asking a parent from each family to attend one of the following mandatory meetings.

  • April 22nd 11:00am or 1:00pm, room 243

  • April 23rd 11:00am or 1:00pm, room 141

Mark your calendars! Beginning April 25 at 8:00am, everyone can request a registration appointment. It is very important for you to attend one of the meeting times listed above so that you can log-in to your portal to request an appointment. Registration volunteers do not need to request an appointment but will automatically receive an appointment time; however, be sure to come to the meeting so you can log-in to your family portal as well.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with a Registration appointment if you have an outstanding balance with us. If you have questions about your family statement, please email financemanager@hche.org.

Appreciation Week - April 22-23: We set aside a special time each semester to show appreciation to those who serve HCHE so faithfully. Is there a Teacher, Vital Partner, Staff Member, NLC Hospitality Staff member or another parent who has made your time here especially meaningful? Here’s your chance to let them know with a note of thanks, a homemade treat or any “special something.”

Family Library: Please be sure to return all books to the library by April 30th.

Teachers: We are putting together our classes for the Fall. Thank you to all who are teaching. We are off to a great start! To make it the best fall semester ever, we still need teachers to fill some gaps. Recently a survey was sent out to see what classes families were interested in seeing. Please see our list of interests and the times we are trying to fill and see if you anything sparks your interest. If you would like to teach please reach out to classdirector@hche.org.

Interested in Volunteering in the Fall? If you would like to be part of our “army of volunteers” during the Fall 2025 semester, we will be scheduling interviews. You can still submit your application over the summer break. This includes Vital Partners and youth volunteers. It is our desire to help all who want to serve to be able to do so. Please contact Jamie at humanresources@hche.org if you have any questions.

Lunch Program: This week’s menu details are HERE.

Vital Partners: It’s not too late to become a Vital Partner. Please stop by Guest Services to sign up for the open positions.
